Golightly Sport Horses, owned and operated by Cherie Chauvin, provides quality training to both horse and rider in Eventing & Dressage.  Working throughout Maryland, Cherie is available for a wide range of equestrian services including instruction, horse training, and competition coaching.  Cherie is currently riding in Harwood, Maryland - she is available for lessons at your facility and Equidistance Horse Center (Brandywine, Maryland), local XC schooling courses, and events/shows.

NEWS & SITE HI-LITES

* May 2012: Congratulations to Kerry & Atticus for a beautiful and double clear XC round at MCTA Shawan Downs - their second Training level event!!

* April 2012: Kerry & Atticus made a superb debut at First Level at the VADA/NoVA Dressage Show, brining home 3 beautiful ribbons!  Katchi also scored a solid 60% at Second Level!

* April 2012: Check out the upcoming OTTB clinics my friend, Kim Clark, is hosting through her Thoroughbred Placement Resources.  Learn all about where your OTTB came from and what life on the track was like for him! Check out my calendar for other local clinics I recommend, including a Fix-a-Test with Linda Zang!

* March 2012 - CONGRATULATIONS to everyone for a wonderful day at the Marlborough Jumper Derby! And special kudos to Jessica & Percy (1st place 12"-18"), Debi & Roxanne (2nd place 2'-2'3") and Kerry & Atticus (3rd place 2'9"-3').

* October 2011: Katchi places 2nd (out of almost 40 horses!) at the Hagyard Midsouth Training Three Day Event (classic long format with roads & tracks and steeplechase!) at the Kentucky Horse Park!!!
